Apr 28,  · It worked fine up until 1 or 2 months ago and sometimes it still downloads the information. Otherwise works fine. Windows Media Player data showing Unknown. When I put a CD in my computer Windows media plays the music but shows "unknown" for the name of the album, artist and songs. This is on current cd's that it should be reading. Please help.
